Our Infrastructure
Laser Cutting Facility
Our workshop is equipped with modern laser-cutting machines suited for both metal and non-metal materials. Our fibber laser cutter handles mild steel up to 12 mm thick, stainless steel up to 8 mm, and brass or aluminium with exceptional accuracy. For acrylic and wood, our CO₂ lasers deliver clean, sharp cuts with minimal scorching. Our machines maintain tight tolerances (±0.1 mm) and high-speed processing, allowing us to efficiently handle mid to large batch orders with consistent quality. Safety features, exhaust ventilation, and automated loading protect both operators and materials. We optimise cutting layouts to reduce waste and keep costs low. Finished parts are carefully cleaned and deburred, ready for assembly.
Fabrication Workshop
Adjacent to our cutting area is a large fabrication workshop where skilled welders use MIG, TIG, and arc welding to build structural frames, railings, gates, and decorative panels. Our bending and rolling equipment lets us shape components into arches and curves. We assemble structures by welding brackets and fixtures to exact designs. Surface treatments are done in-house, including powder coating for durability, painting for aesthetics, and engraving when needed. Our finishing station uses polishing machines and quality inspections to ensure smooth, consistent surfaces. With secure packaging and reliable logistics, we guarantee your products leave our facility safely and on schedule.
